I appreciate the packaging and potency. After trying this product the first time I have a hard time imagining being anywhere without a few of these crystals. Not that you need to use them everyday but its nice to have just in case. I originally bought these crystals to help my 2 babies under 2 clear up their colds. My husband and I put a few crystals in the bottom of the tub, place the stopper in the drain, turn on the shower and close the bathroom door to create a steam room effect. Once the bathroom is nice and steamy we take the girls in and let them inhale the steam. 3 to 10 minutes is enough. The mucus starts to break up within a few hours. We do this once a day until they are nice and clear. I also use it in my oil diffuser at night during the winter months. It really lends to a peaceful nights sleep.
