**Q: how do i know if i need a 300cm or 400?**
A: Hello, you can measure four open sides of the window and calculate the total length of them, if the total length is equal or less than 300cm, than you can select 300cm size, if equal or less than 400cm, than you can choose 400cm size.  Important note, if you open the window, there is no gap where the window is attached to the frame, then you can just need to measure three open sides. A: Hello, it is open from the top, then it can work, if it is center pivot window, it doesn't Thank you.

**Q: Will this work on my windows that open outward?**
A: Yes, a window that opens outward is what I installed it on.  Follow the directions very carefully, they are complicated, but they work.
