Constantly blocks and product drips out - always shake it but still the same! Anyone else?** A: Yes!! New shape aerosol bottle stopped working after very little use. Spray not sufficient either intermittently working and I burnt!!! Complained to Amazon and the two pack was replaced quickly. However these are exactly the same - useless spray. Had the original shape SP50 spray and never had a problem. **Q: What is the UVA star rating on this product please? I just purchased two bottles but its doesnt have any stars on the back?** A: We have done all the EU regulatory tests and it exceeds them; that is why it has the UVA symbol. We don’t have the star rating yet, but expect it to be between 3 and 4. It’s much harder to get a 5 star spray and the cost was going to be prohibitive. **Q: In the advertising information it states that Altruist is hypoallergenic, but on the spray bottle it only says Dermatologist. Is it hypoallergenic?** A: It is. All Altruist products have been designed to have the lowest risk of allergy.
