Chosen for a reading nook in the bedroom, looks amazing! Extremely firm seat, which could be uncomfortable after a while, however for occasional use its perfect. Would have loved a higher back for comfort purposes, but that is personal preference. The lumbar support pillow that is included ups the anti on comfort, well done. Foot stool is just as perfect and is extremely soft and spongy, perfect when kicking back for a nice little reading session, also a great little seat, used often when popping on shoes/socks. Good quality chairs; We bought one first because we wanted to see if its matches with our living room and if the product was of good quality and it came out to be sturdy and comfortable. So we bought another one to complete the look and it looks lovely in our living room. Its a good size chair and very easy to assemble. The velvet finish looks elegant and we are really happy with the purchase, would definitely recommend to others.
