I'm not a big fan nor connoisseur of fancy coffee; I love a well-brewed cup of black coffee. But this makes beautiful foamnof various consistencies that add a nice touch to any beverage. It's super simple to use and can handle a variety of liquids. I made stunning N/A espresso martinis! I have used it for milk, heavy cream, and half and half. The instructions are simple and clear so the only thing you can really do wrong is overlook the minimum and maximum lines and overflow the machine. Yes, I did that, and yes, the lines are easy enough to see. The other good news is it's easy to clean! I just added water and a droplet of dish soap to the interior and ran it through a cycle and then rinsed it. I wiped the outside with a damp sponge and it was ready to go.
