They are warm, comfortable, soft, and extremely breathable, meaning that they don't make his hands sweat from being too warm. I have been told that they are easy to work in, but the one thing I will make note of is I was told they run a tad on the smaller size; they do fit, but if I would buy them again, I would buy one size larger for a average man.
