That being said, I'm mostly concerned with honey as a food product and there are a lot of health claims with these types of honey that are beyond my ability to test or confirm. However, from a food standpoint, this is delicious and absolutely top notch. The honey is thick and a golden color that almost looks like it has flecks of gold suspended in it. The flavor is sweet and delicious and the grainy texture is just how you remember it as a kid when mom bought the really good stuff. Really, eating this honey (where on toast, with yogurt, etc.) is just an excellent experience. If not for the price, I'd rate this 5 stars.
