The only negative is the power cord is far too short so you need to plug it into an extension lead if you are using it for an outdoor pond or water feature. Great value for money. Just connected it up plugged it in and worked beautifully

I am impressed with this little pump - it seems capable of pumping rain water from a water butt - it is quiet and has not fouled after several hours of continued running, which is encouraging. I can't give it 5 stars though because although the plug is marked as 3A, it is fitted with a 13A fuse, and I don't think the cable is capable of handling 13 A, so if you buy one, change the fuse....
