Neither of them work and it has been established that they had faulty receivers. Unfortunately LightsOnline told me they would ship the receivers and I would get a confirmation of shipment in 2 days. Never came. Now they won’t respond to emails or calls and may have not even requested the needed receivers from Quroum, which they tell me they have! So now I am out $1800 for the fans, plus all the problem solving expenses ($80 for 4 ft down rods, $50 for new remotes).
