Pretty much zero difference vs maida noodles now and have updated review to 5 stars] These are surprisingly good - you cannot really make out these are jowar/gluten-free/eggless. Cook well and do not turn mushy, taste and texture are great too. Biggest issue is that they are really brittle when raw and tend to break up into pieces by the time you’ve cooked them, added the sauce and stir-fried them - that kind of kills the fun of eating noodles! As someone has mentioned - it’s like eating sevai/bhujia!
