It holds much more charcoal than your typical supermarket starter allowing you to reach phenomenal temperatures. Given it's holding that temperature until you dump the charcoal, it remains in fantastic condition.The deal handles come in helpful if you're running a full load of charcoal as given its construction, it becomes somewhat heavy.I'd recommend having some kind of spray oil that you can apply immediately after dumping the charcoal, it allows you to keep the stainless in good condition with a nice patina.Would highly recommend, it's worth the price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent product. *by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 11 August 2023* The design of this product has been given a great deal of thought to make it efficient and well constructed.
