If you are a small, order a small, order of small. If you are a medium, order medium. As far as yoga pants go, these are on the slightly thin side but not very thin. They are smooth and have nice flat seams as well as a front waist pocket. I do like that they are on the higher waisted side and come up to right at my belly button. It helps to tuck in the stomach.
