The others were very cheap, like a couple dollars for five fobs. I couldn't use any of them because they either were cruddy on the inside or their coatings came off easily. I got fed up and bought this at around 30x the price of other fobs. I'm glad I did. It was clean on the inside, has no coatings to come off, looks nice, seals well, and I don't have to worry about the metal corroding. It holds about eight 81 mg aspirin plus 2 lactose pills.I put a small piece of cotton inside to keep the pills from banging around.6 Month Update: Still carrying this every day.
