Sadly my device developed a fault after a few months. However within two working days of me contacting their customer service team a replacement toothbrush was winging its way to me in the post - this is exactly the sort of hassle-free customer service which so many other companies could learn from (thanks Suri and specifically Roxanne). As for the product itself - this was the second one I’ve bought and (fault aside) it was perfect!
