However to make this judgement fair, companies can sometimes make mistakes and compensate a full refund or exchange a fresh new batch of food. It is the owners responsibility to check the food before giving it to your dog so in case they do accidentally send you a expired batch. But stating the food rubbish just because it is not for your dog, it’s not for everyone’s preferences or their dogs. My 4 month pup changed to lily’s kitchen straight after her breeder gave her a food brand that was full of artificial additives which is why she prefered meals with bits of vegetables and meat not just a full on paste! I noticed a huge difference in her lifestyle while on lily’s kitchen, easy for her to digest and safe for her stomach. My pup is very picky with dry kibble and tried several times to wean her but we respected she preferred wet only foods. As long whatever is best for her. I would say in my opinion, lily’s kitchen is good but not for everyone who will prefer it for their dogs.
