I never go out running without wearing one of these now. It's easy to adjust over your chest and sits comfortably. You do notice the product as it feels tight, but it feels MUCH better than the skin on your chest being pulled about during fitness by your boobs! This is a great product and you won't regret buying it. They seem sturdy and well made but I'd rather they didn't have such an obvious branding on the front (although you can turn them inside out).I bought a small, I usually wear a size 10 top (sometimes an 8) and there is room left to adjust either way, so I'd say they are true to size.
