Review: You are what you eat! - I quite enjoy the taste of this product. It reminds me of tamarind. It has a sweet tangy/sour taste. I spread it on toast or rice cakes and top it with peanut butter. Very good! I purchased it for all the benefits it lists. I have presently only gone through half a jar , so it is hard to see any of the benefits. I can only share that I am feeling well. I believe you are what you eat and trust this is healthy. I will continue to purchase and use this Chyavanprash on a daily basis.
