We run each zone for about 30 min daily here in Florida (we haven’t had rain in a while and soil drains quickly). We were running sprinklers for much longer and the plants still weren’t getting enough water. A few days on drippers was quite a noticeable difference. I can't find them anywhere?** A: This is the only version of the adapter that we offer. **Q: Does this fitting have a screen in it?** A: No it does not have a screen. The 1/2 in hose adaptor only has a rubber washer. You can buy a screened hose washer at any hardware store. **Q: Will it fit rain bird T70-100S** A: I don't know the exact answer to that because I don't know what exact models of tubing I have, but I have 2 different types of tubing- one is just a bit under 1/2 inch, and one is just a bit over 1/2 inch. I have always had trouble with one fitting too loose and one too tight, in fact with the too tight one I used to have to soak it in hot water to get it to stretch over the fitting.
