Made for Northern climate April and May are the perfect time to put it down. Took 9ndays to come in but 98 percent of it germinated. Methodoly was the lay down dirt and tamp itin. Used cars garden weasel to rough it up and applied the seed with a solo cup. A heavy application. Went back and retamped it all. Grass is stunning. After the first application took I laid down about 15 pounds in areas that were not as think. That just came in. Could not be happier with this product. Neighbors are suprised at how thick it is.
