I've taken Rhodiola Pro for over 7 years now with great results. It levels me out and helps with fatigue. Gaia Herbs PRO is the best brand of herbal supplements in my experience, I take a number of their products, the quality is unsurpassed. The bottle recommends taking one capsule twice a day, making this a 30-day supply. The capsules are small, easy to swallow, tasteless and odorless and made with Gaia's industry-leading standards. My own research found that taking even one capsule a day of this is a good dose and perhaps what is more typically used (120mg). Taking it twice a day (240mg) is considered a high-potency dose. So it depends on your needs and what you want from this. Core benefits of rhodiola, according to my research: 1. Energy & Fatigue Resistance Increases cellular ATP production Reduces perceived exertion Helps with “afternoon crash” fatigue Supports physical stamina without caffeine-like jitteriness 2. A comparison: 120 mg = clean, smooth, gentle energy 240 mg = noticeably stronger, more stimulating, more “motivating” It said most women in their 50s (such as me) do well with: 120 mg daily, OR 240 mg only on high‑demand days ...and that's what I've been doing, and it works great. I feel more positive and energetic - noticeably so. Gamechanger for me. I love this stuff - it is so worth the money!
