**Q: what are the ingredients**
A: The normal ingredients found in good pannttone.  Wheat flour, salt, sugar, yeast, citron, golden raisins and nuts.  This is not a diet item.  I found it fresh upon arrival and I know good panettone.  I lived in Florence for many years.
