*by S***6 on 26 August 2025* Very disappointed this is the 2nd model I bought the first the older style absolutely fantastic this one unfortunately 2 star rides ok suspension doesn’t feel as good the seat pole is huge and hollow frame so when the aluminium clasp gave away because it is so thin the seat pole fell through hit the floor and threw me off the bike the clip is so week split in two now in the bin and I’m struggling too get a 41 mm seat pole clasp clip so cannot use the bike very disappointed and dissatisfied Update Since I left the review bodywel got in touch with me they rectified the issue with the seat clamp immediately sending me out a new stronger one problem solved ! Also they sent me out a free throttle which was very nice of them they obviously care about there customers so I have changed from 2 star now too 5 star which is thoughtfully deserved as the bike is a cracking bike now Thanks bodywel Best regards Sharni ## Frequently Bought Together - Bodywel T16PRO 14" City Commuting Ebike, 36v 7.8ah electric bike, 4.5 inch Led-Display, 90% Pre-Assembled, Folding bike with front suspension and dual disc brakes for adults - Bodywel Thumb Throttle for Bodywel A26 A275 M275 T16 F20SE F20PRO E Bike Throttle Speed Controller --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.us/products/611701753-bodywel-14-foldable-mini-electric-bike-for-adults-and-teens](https://www.desertcart.us/products/611701753-bodywel-14-foldable-mini-electric-bike-for-adults-and-teens) --- *Product available on Desertcart United States of America* *Store origin: US* *Last updated: 2026-10-15*
