It comes with a soft zip case, 2 long tubed mouth pieces, shame they are both the same length, if 1 was longer than the other, then would it be an improvement ?? possibly, also a short solid plastic mouthpiece. I have only given 4 stars because there are no instructions included. If a beginners instruction booklet had been included then a certain 5 stars. Overall a nice instrument for the price !! Personally, for me this was a good buy as I wanted it so that I could practice my right hand keyboard technique used on my piano accordion w/o having to actually put on the accordion.
