Review: Definitely recommend - Only recently started taking these but I think the methylated version works so much better than the non methylated vitamin B. I have noticed a slight improvement in energy. The picture shows the size compared to Excedrin. They are normal size and easy to swallow and no taste . Definitely recommend
Review: Still a great brand with noticable improvement. - Recently changed to a 99% vegan diet. I definitely noticed a lack of energy if I skipped more than 3 or 4 days. I'm consistently taking these every morning for over 6 months. Before and after being vegan still a great product. I'm not wired. I just have the needed energy for my day being a no caffeine, morning person, 4:30am to 9pm kinda life in early perimenopause. No stomach upset ever.
