I love the bar across the top that holds plant hangers. (I had to order really short hangers or they would have otherwise been too long and sat on top of the other plants sitting on the shelf). Another thing I like about this stand is that the shelves are not wood slabs - so less interference of sunlight reaching the plants under the shelf.
