This is my first intro to matcha and ordered a starter kit from Amazon. This matcha tastes so smooth and creamy! It was not bitter at all. Very pleasant. I loved it so much, I decided to make a second one and add pistachio syrup. And wow! It was even better! I am proud to say I’m a matcha girl now! I’m so glad I tried this, as it will be part of my daily routine from now on. The color is vibrant green and I think the container will last a while because you don’t need a lot. The tin says to use it within 2 months for freshness. It expires in May 2025, I got this in August 2024. It came sealed with plastic outside the tin, and the inside is a sealed bag.
