I hike and rock climb and it is so nice to not have to drop my drawers and bare my butt to the world to pee. Also nice not to have to take off my harness while rock climbing. I have even used in mid-pitch on the wall (but off the route of course). I have bad knees and it is so nice to not have to squat. I think if I had this 20 years ago my knees might not be as bad as they are today. Also would have been super nice to have when I used to ice fish.I find it very easy to use. I practiced first in my shower to get the hang of it and have only had one issue with it leaking once and that was just because it was in the middle of the night while camping and I got sloppy. It is a good size that works well with my anatomy. The actual p-style is very durable and lasts a while. I have not had one break. However, I did have one stolen by a pack rat when I left it outside my tent at night once.I just wish the case was a little more durable. I like to hang it off of my pack and eventually the cases gets holes worn into it. I think the case is a bit overpriced for what it is and for its lack of durability.
