Both have been in the normal range since I began using this device. It has been amazing and I am also sleeping better. I am a woman in my 50's with average nose. I order the trial size package and I am glas I did! The XS was too small. The small irriated my turbinates a little and the Medium was just right! I received it very quickly and used it last night. Usually I have dry mouth because I snore and sleep with my mouth open most nights. I noticed today I woke up with ease, no dry mouth, and no congestion. I feel way more rested and my partner didn't complain about my snoring. The only reason I give it four stars instead of five is because it could be a little uncomfortable and the cleaning was a little hard for me (not much to clean but because of its size it was a little challenging).
