A smaller (new shave) version is definitely needed Ok so after a few days of trial and error I have now got these dilators going in and out very easily and as a result the new style dilators are now a big improvement for me, so much so that I have upped the star rating and come back to edit this review. The new material combined with the correct application is making for easy breathing and a good nights sleep for all. Would I buy these again? I wouldn't be without them.
