Review: Good buy - I've had this for a while now and it being my first supplement of ashwagandha, I was skeptical and did a lot of research on which one to buy. I landed on this one and have loved it since, it definitely helps relax at night to sleep, not a big pill either. I have noticed a change in focus throughout the day as well after as little as a week, easy to take since I usually take like half an hour or less before head to bed because at least for me it kicks in quickly. Worth the money too since it's a reputable brand and I haven't had any negative effects like I have read about other people under different brands.
