The main difference in our Gluten-Free Pancake Mix and our Gluten-Free All-Purpose Baking Mix, is that the pancake mix is used to make pancakes and waffles and has some sugar added to it. While the Gluten-Free All-Purpose Baking Mix doesn't have sugar in it and was designed to be used in a specific set of recipes that can be found on our site by searching for "Gluten-Free All-Purpose Baking Mix" under the recipe category.
