Review: This salt is great to cook with! - I love this salt! It is my new go to for rice, fish and chicken. It has a slight herbaceous flavor profile that works well with all other seasoning and ads it own light flavor to things that don't always get extra seasoning like rice. Plus the low sodium is an obvious bonus and it also lasts a lot longer than I thought it would. So the value it there.

It goes a long way because of the powdery consistency! They also sent a generously sized sample of the white! We'll definitely be buying from here again.
