I have a slightly wide foot, and NB works great for me. As previous reviews have stated this shoe might run a little small, I normally order a 9W, but the 9-1/2 B worked fine for me. The shoe is very lightweight, so perfect for dance and boxing/KB. Thus far it offers good stability and the right amount of cushion- not too much where you feel like your feet are stuck to the floor, but enough so it offers some protection from impact on jumps.
