Would definitely recommend this product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very sharp! *by O***U on 1 June 2024* Initially I tried a spoonful of this, straight into my mouth. Not recommended! It was so incredibly sour I had to spit it out. Next I put a teaspoon in my porridge. It turned slightly pink but not the colour I would have hoped. I added some chocolate to sweeten. The flavour was quite strong and again pretty sour, considering I only used one teaspoon in the bowl of porridge. It was bearable with the sweetener. The best use of this may be to put a little bit in a cake, or in icing. Or in dark chocolate cookies. It's a very strong flavour and not really that nice without something to soften it.
