It fits any chair; I even use it while I drive. It’s firm enough to support your upper or lower back, but still squishy enough to be quite comfortable. Setup was real tough - I took it out of the box and out of the plastic. That’s it. Super easy. It also transports easily. I take it from work to my truck to my house. It’s not big or heavy. It’s helped my back a lot. I have bad posture and not only does it support my back in all the right places, but you can adjust it to where it helps you consciously remember to sit up straight and not “shrimp.” Great lumbar support.
