Each time I change selection, I have to unplug and re plug-in the mouse or for some reason it is so sensitive in the y direction it Is useless while the mouse in the x direction will barely move at all. Unplug and rep plug seems to fix it. Also, the mouse plugged into the mouse port won’t work very well, so I have to plug it into the USB port instead. I tried it with several mice and several keyboards. No go. If my wife had not thrown out the box, this would be headed back. Piece of junk. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've run for over a year, works as advertised *by J***L on Reviewed in the United States on April 22, 2020* If you're running into resolutionlimitations (stuck in 1080p) running off a surface dock or macmini using a mini-display port to HDMI adapter make sure you're using an active 2.0 adapter which supports UHD.
