On top of that, the material looked very obviously plastic, even from a distance. I requested a refund, and to the seller’s credit, they processed it immediately.What really impressed me was their customer service – they reached out and asked if there was anything they could do to make things right, and even offered to send me a free pair from their collection. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but since it was free, I figured worst case, I’d donate them to charity.To my surprise, the pair they sent (which I’m reviewing now) were beautifully packaged, came in a nice shoe box, and most importantly – they were so comfortable and stylish!
