I take this once a day with my main hot meal at lunch time and this does wonders for me. I have chronic digestive issues exacerbated by very bad histamine intolerance and this provides relief. Also helped my stool so am pretty sure it’s doing +ve things on my gut. I find this better than Daosin (specific enzyme for histamine breakdown) which cost me a fortune and just sits in led cabinet now! Also great that it doesn’t have any other ingredients as fillers.
