## Questions & Answers

**Q: These are generic bento?**
A: Unsure how to answer. These are Bentgo brand and not exactly like the bento lunch boxes I’m familiar with from Japan. They are sturdier and insulated. They hold small portions and are pretty compact though perhaps too big for storing within another lunch box. Hope this helps!

**Q: Can you buy extras of the “inside tray” part?**
A: I use silicon cupcake bottoms for extra separation

**Q: The “chill” pack seems like it’s just weird plastic. Does it keep anything cold?**
A: Good point. To me it seems too dense for just plastic, but I have never ran a timed temp test. I will say that it has to be better than nothing though.

**Q: is there room for a fork and spoon?**
A: I did send the container back because its to small for my child but I would say No. You have to back it separately

This product is definitely made of good material and very durable. The ice tray it came with is a plastic material that feels like it’s part of the box itself. It’s removable and goes directly into the freezer. I was skeptical on whether it’d keep the content in the bento box. It did the job and didn’t have to deal with the nasty gel packs that pop or the ones that sweat. It is on the heavier end and the compartments for the food on the inside are pretty small. I suppose it makes sense if it’s portion controlled for kids. It’s easy to open for them and close. The design is very kid friendly and quality is top notch. I have to admit, I am a bit nervous to send it to school with the littles because it’s so expensive for it to be left behind or forgotten, possibly not making its way to the lost and found. With that being said, I do love the product.
