Our epicurean smoke profiles were developed in conjunction with the finest chefs and bartenders throughout the United Kingdom and Europe and are sure to make an exquisite addition to your dining or drinking experience. Explore the alluring optical elegance of the Foghat Cocktail Smoker for yourself and ignite the senses! - GOURMET CONFECTION OF WOODS - Our wood chip smoking fuel is hand crafted from woods, herbs, spices and teas meticulously designed to complement the most exotic of taste. Our woods are air dried for 18 to 24 months or kiln dried to 8% humidity, then shaved to a fine rolled leaf, flake or fine chunks, the optimal composition for the extraction of culinary flavor for smoke infusions. A final light toasting is performed to optimize the flavor extraction from the wood. - THE FOGHAT IS MADE BY THE THOUSAND OAKS BARREL CO. in Manassas Virginia. Each is hand turned on a lathe by skilled craftsmen. Included is a sample tin of Bourbon Oak Fuel made from aged bourbon barrels and offers the traditional oak smoke flavor with notes of caramel, vanilla, nuts, autumnal spices, and honey. Makes a wonderful Smoked Old Fashioned and a perfect complement to whiskey, bourbon or scotch on the rocks. - FOGHAT FUELS CAN BE USED WITH ANY PORTABLE SMOKING GUN, hand-held smoke infuser, smoker box or the optical elegant Foghat Cocktail Smoker. Our wood chips are NOT pre-soaked with artificial flavor extracts. Simply real seasoned smoke taste. These fine smoking flakes will work with any culinary torch or smoking gun to make smoked cocktails such as the Old Fashioned, ni, or Sazerac. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Asin | B08MFH2GH7 | | Brand Name | FOGHAT COCKTAIL SMOKER | | Colour | Beige | | Customer Reviews | 4.3 4.3 out of 5 stars (48) 4.3 out of 5 stars | | Fuel Type | Wood Chips | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00810000888351 | | Included Components | Whiskey stones | | Inner Material | stainless steel | | Item Weight | 454 g | | Manufacturer | Thousand Oaks Barrel Co. | | Model Number | CLOCHEFBA | | Outer Material Type | Stainless Steel | | Part Number | CLOCHE | | Unit Count | 1.0 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** FOGHAT COCKTAIL SMOKER - **Color:** Foghat Cloche Kit With Butane - **Included Components:** Cocktail Smoker - **Item dimensions L x W x H:** 12 x 8 x 4 inches - **Material:** With Butane ## Images ![Foghat Cocktail Smoker Cloche Set, Bourbon Whiskey Barrel Oak Smoking Fuel & Smoking Torch | with Butane Infuse Whiskey, Cheese, Meats, BBQ - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71A4aMfUQWL.jpg) ![Foghat Cocktail Smoker Cloche Set, Bourbon Whiskey Barrel Oak Smoking Fuel & Smoking Torch | with Butane Infuse Whiskey, Cheese, Meats, BBQ - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/A1QrhjNEezL.jpg) ![Foghat Cocktail Smoker Cloche Set, Bourbon Whiskey Barrel Oak Smoking Fuel & Smoking Torch | with Butane Infuse Whiskey, Cheese, Meats, BBQ - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/A1NoSoFxf+L.jpg) ![Foghat Cocktail Smoker Cloche Set, Bourbon Whiskey Barrel Oak Smoking Fuel & Smoking Torch | with Butane Infuse Whiskey, Cheese, Meats, BBQ - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/91cKc6LzO4L.jpg) ![Foghat Cocktail Smoker Cloche Set, Bourbon Whiskey Barrel Oak Smoking Fuel & Smoking Torch | with Butane Infuse Whiskey, Cheese, Meats, BBQ - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/A1Fl4onNtNL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Can anyone tell me the actual dimensions of the dome?** A: The cloche is approximately 6" dia. and 4-4 1/2" T. They are mouth blown so there is some variation in size. **Q: Can you use non-foghat butane?** A: Although non-foghat butane will be functional in the torch however, non-culinary butane will taste and smell of gas and will impart the taste and smell of gas into your food or drinks, so it is not recommended to use non-foghat butane with this product. **Q: I just need the dome. Where can i get one?** A: We do not sell just the cloche alone. We sell the cloche and cutting board together on our website. **Q: When will these be availble again?** A: They should be available mid-January ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great gift *by on Reviewed in the United States 5 January 2023* I bought two of these for Xmas to gift my husband and his father. Both men loved the gifts and my husband has been using it weekly to smoke cheese bc, and I quote β€œthis thing is so cool and fun”.I find that the smoking of the cheeses my husband has done was effective, did not take a lot of time, and had staying power as he decided to bring a smoked cheese to a get together and even though it had been a couple of days since smoking the cheddar, it maintained that smoked flavor just fine. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great fun! *by on Reviewed in the United States 9 November 2021* Works great! My friend really liked it as a gift! Fun to use and taste smokiness with our whiskey! ### ⭐ Design Flaws *by on Reviewed in the United States 22 January 2025* This is a terrible product for smoking alcohol. The dome, made of plastic and not glass, is not high enough to put a small glass underneath. I threw the box away before we tried it for the first time. Otherwise I would have returned it. The price is definitely not justified. ## Frequently Bought Together - Foghat Cocktail Smoker Cloche Set, Bourbon Whiskey Barrel Oak Smoking Fuel & Smoking Torch | with Butane Infuse Whiskey, Cheese, Meats, BBQ - Foghat Fuel Sampler Four Pack | Whiskey Barrel Oak, Old Hickory, Sweet Texas Mesquite, Maple Myst Wood Shavings, 4 x 1oz | Cocktail and Culinary Wood Chips for Smoking --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.us/products/605488698-foghat-cocktail-smoker-cloche-set-bourbon-whiskey-barrel-oak-smoking](https://www.desertcart.us/products/605488698-foghat-cocktail-smoker-cloche-set-bourbon-whiskey-barrel-oak-smoking) --- *Product available on Desertcart United States of America* *Store origin: US* *Last updated: 2026-10-08*
