I keep them in the little box they came in to keep them protected. I've used the large and medium so far, I'm not sure if I will ever use the little ones, but maybe I will roll out my cookie dough if I ever make cookies again and make mini cookies. I've had them for at least 6 months and used them 4 times. No rust, or flimsy issues or bends. I would buy these again.
