Tastes earthy but refreshing. I like minimal ingredients list. High calorie but nutritious. Texture remained nice and creamy all the way to the end. Very smooth consistency and no clumps. Defrosted evenly overnight. Nice size bottle easy to open and drink. Overall 10/10 for flavor, nutrients, and qualityStrawberry- initial thoughts the calorie is less than the creamy and has different ingredients but still all natural and no chemicals or preservatives. I like the vitamin c and nutrient dense. As for flavor.. all flavors balance each other the ginger is noticeable but not overpowering and it has that citrus touch. I was always afraid to start a juice cleanse because I was concerned about the taste and texture of the juices. I was also scared of the effects, but after using Raw Generations, a beginner juice cleanse, I’m sorry I waited so long because all the flavors tasted great! They each are unique in their flavor combinations. They go down, smooth, and are filling. They are not gritty and do not have any aftertaste. They are great to drink throughout the day. They are hydrating and make you feel full. I just love them. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Interesting, easy to use, somewhat tasty, natural, LOTS of sugar *by A***S on August 21, 2024* The instructions weren't very in-depth. Just more of a don't overindulge the day before, have these things out to thaw, and then drink one every time you feel hungry throughout the course of the day.I thawed these for over 24 hours and they were still a little icy, but that's not too big of a deal because it gave them a little texture and made them more smoothie-like which I enjoyed.The only thing I disliked were the drinks with celery. I unfortunately hate the taste of celery and feel that it is pungent and overpowers the other flavors (even the vibrant lemon in the Lemony Greens was muted because of the celery). I drank them anyways just so that I complete the cleanse properly. However the other flavors were delicious! A good mix of greens and sweet.They are all made with natural ingredients and have no added sugars. Though I do feel like some of the flavors had a lot of natural sugar. For instance the Vanilla Greens has 15g of sugar. Several have 14g and I think one has 8g of sugar. So if you drank all of these bottles in the course of a day you would get over 70g of sugar!! I know they advertise that it is a lot less than other cold pressed juice blends but that is still way more than the recommended intake even for natural sugars.Ingredients and flavor aside, I felt like these we easy to drink. I slowly sipped each one throughout the course of probably 20 minutes. I feel like I could feel it in my gut but that could just be my imagination. I do feel like they weren't extremely filling. I didn't feel satisfied after drinking and definitely felt hungry shortly after drinking each one. I helped extend time between drinks by chugging water and that helped a little bit. I ended up drinking one every 2 hours starting at around 7 so I had drank them all by 7.The following day I felt good but ravenous and ate a lot more than I normally would for breakfast. I surprisingly didn't have a sugar withdrawal headache like I have experienced before when trying to detox sugar. So I guess maybe the high level of natural sugars helped with that? I still crave sweets though but I've been trying my hardest to curb that craving and not give in.Overall I like the cleanse, it allowed me to reset, feel refreshed, and practice some discipline.
