The alcohol in this product is to keep it from spoiling, it is not for sweetening. **Q: If you've tried any of the other monkfruit drops, how does the sweetness compare?** A: I've tried Truly Zero Liquid Monk Fruit Sweetener by Keto and Co. This NOW Foods brand is about half as sweet compared to the Keto and Co. brand, but I really wanted to avoid the preservatives that the Keto and Co. one has in it. Plus I like the fact that the NOW Foods one is organic. They're both really sweet, so you only need a few drops in a drink, for example, to sweeten.
