Highly recommended! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great, With One Glaring (Setup) Flaw *by S***N on 5 October 2024* FLAW: the allen key provided cannot disassemble the cable management tray in step 5. Make sure to remove this screw (closest to the base on both arms) BEFORE mounting the arms to the base. The allen key is too long to remove these screws. I managed to remove this with a random tiny screwdriver and a pair of pliers, but unless you have something that is a perfect fit (like I somehow managed to) you would need to remove the arms to access this. This is more of a fault in the instructions/provided tools than it is a fault in the monitor arm. The cable management tray works fine with just a single screw in the top, so just don't bother with the one closer to the base. TLDR: seems solid, one VERY annoying thing in setup. Will see how it holds up long term. Keep in mind I am writing this review on the second day after setup, this is not a reflection of the long-term use for this product and is instead a first-impressions/setup review. This seems relatively well built (other than the setup flaw I noted at the start of this review), especially for its price point. Great levels of adjustability in all directions, but it can be a little tricky to align both monitors *perfectly*.
