It was a gift for my brother-in-love. He has everything, and he got the biggest kick out of this talking cactus.

The entertainment value is awesome as you can record words or songs and it plays it back to the baby. I would say the age range as small as newborn as this help my newborn with soothing when recording songs. Age range is up to the parents discretion overall great product. Also great to for 0-and up as it helps with tummy time.
