Review: Delicious - You can put this on anything and it improves the flavor. The difference is that this soy has been fermented for a longer period of time than regular soy. The extra fermentation causes the flavor to be much more robust. I don't recommend that you cook with this soy as it is much stronger than other types (Like regular kikkoman soy). It would easily overpower every other flavor. It is more made for dipping or splashing onto rice dishes in moderation. I will warn you that this is sauce is very addicting. Try it and you will crave it on everything.
