Review: An adaptogen for many health stressors - Ashwaganda is an adaptogen, meaning that it helps you to adapt to whatever stresses and health challenges you face in your life. I was dealing with terrible back pain and hip pain, especially at night. Couldn't sleep most of the night and if I finally fell asleep towards morning I awoke frozen in pain and it took forever to be able to get out of bed. I tried two new mattresses, to no avail. I had started taking Ashwaganda for some other reason, perhaps it was blood pressure. I had read that it takes at least 4 weeks to start taking effect so I had almost forgotten about it. Then just 2 1/2 weeks after starting it, one morning I woke up in bed and realized that I had zero pain. I now sleep fine through the night and continue to awake without pain. My blood pressure is great too, medication down to almost nothing. I have had no side effects. I take 2 capsules a day, as directed on the bottle. I take one in the morning and one before bed. You may have to experiment with the dosage as it can be quite different for each person Take note that the amount of extract is different from the amount of herb powder. Not all labels make that as clear as this one. You may want to do a little research, just out of interest, as Ashwaganda seems to be effective for so many conditions. I think almost everyone should take it, at least at some times during their life.

OMG, I waited a long time to write this because I honestly didn't really trust it, BUT oh my god, this is amazing! I mean, you'll understand, I used to wake up with a knot in my stomach. It was awful feeling like I was dying of stress as soon as I woke up. This has calmed me down. IT'S BACK TO NORMAL! I take 2 pills + 1 Magnesium Glycinate and I'm back to normal, man! BUY IT NOW!
