This is Rummo Spaghetti No 3 **Q: Is this pasta thin like vermicelli?** A: No this is not like vermicelli but regular spaghetti. It is a lighter color than pasta made in the US, which means it is a higher quality. (Compare different brands in the grocery stores) Pasta makers in the US tend to dry their pasta at very high heat, which means they can produce masses of it, faster, thus, more money. Of more importance to me, the pasta is made in Italy, using Italian wheat, which is definitely better than our American wheat, which has been modified to the point of being unrecognizable. Every trip I make to Italy, I eat tons of pasta and pizza, and NEVER have any stomach issues. Italy is proud of their cuisine, and rightfully so.
