Unfortunately those are the ones most folks pay attention to. It was already on order so I hoped for the best. I just put it together and I have to say that I am pleasantly surprised. It was just a bit of a challenge to put together but not too bad. The parts list has letters that match up to the screw sizes, pay close attention to that. Don't over tighten the screws or the nut caps won't stay on. The E1 poles are for the swing, the E poles are shorter and for the base support. You pull the corners of the canopy tight over the corners of the frame, they fit into the triangle pockets sewn into the canopy. All in all though it was not that hard to figure out. I bought it for my wife and she loves it. Well built and supports very well. No squeaking or noises just a nice peaceful swing.
