After purchasing the ceremonial grade and how great it's, decided to try the culinary one. Definitely we found a difference between both, however no bitter taste in any of them. We tried the ceremonial one bare and the taste is good and no need for sweetener, we also tried the ceremonial with Milk (latte) and the results were outstanding, everyone in the family liked it (even better than any commercial Matcha outside including Starbucks and others). My kids are very picky with drinks and flavours, but when they tried the ceremonial with Milk, they were very impressed. I decided to try the culinary one (to save money, lol), although there was no bitter taste and still better than or close to commercial vendors, the ceremonial taste is no look any further (have to scarifice the cost, to get unbelievable taste). the caffeine in it also was better than coffee for me as i felt more focused and active compared to coffee cup.
